K-Life Solid Surface Worktops

Hi to all, I've just joined so this is my first post, I've been fitting K-Line solid surface tops today, not done them before, two joints, both lined up nice and flush and tight, gave them a thorough clean and glued them up, plenty of squeeze out. After sanding one of the joints has a small black line, only thing I can think of is the adhesive wasn't mixing properly at this point.
I'm wondering can I use a small "V" shaped router cutter to remove this (very shallow) clean re-fil and sand...?...
