Quartz Worktop Butt Joints

Hi could anyone give me recommendations for jointing 2 small butt joints on light grey quartz worktops.

The piece i am jointing is a piece on the front of a gas hob think fitters call it a rail.

The joints are only 60mm wide at each end.

I was thinking of using Araldite but i think it dries yellowish colour, i wanted something that dried light grey.

Any advice would be most welcome
