Returning a fridge/freezer to Currys

I have just bought an integrated fridge/freezer from Currys - ordered it online so bought it without physically seeing the model.

According to the specs, it has more capacity than the one it is replacing, but in reality because of the spacing of the shelves it can't store anywhere near as much food. You can't even fit a large milk carton in the tray on the back of the door.

Anyone know if they would replace it for a different model on this basis?
