As part of our ongoing kitchen re-furb I've reached the stage of needing a cooker hood. Never had one before so was wondering about the merits of the recirc. type with filters or the ducting to the outside type (presumably with no filters). For the ducted-out type I would have thought they will get lined with grease and cooking muck over a period of time as it condenses out from the cooker - not only reducing efficiency but causing a fire hazard? Are these concerns justified? Do the re-circ....
