Feasibility of Undermount sink

Hi,

I am having a quartz worktop fitted in my kitchen and would like to add an undermount sink. However, I'm uncertain if there will be enough clearance for the tap behind the sink.

The worktop depth from the wall is : 605mm
Depth from wall to front of carcus is : 570mm

There is also a centre post in the cabinet which does kind of get in the way of a sink being position too far forward.

I will also have a small quartz upstand,...
