What to do on this floor without removing tiles.

Guys

It's time the kitchen floor got changed to make it more modern.
Don't really wana be pulling all tiles off though.

What are my other options without taking tiles.
What flooring best suitable for it please.
Go for laminate, vinyl lino or new lvt flooring?

Screed the floor or ply it over.?

Any ideas welcome
