Laminate Thickness?

I made a corner worktop and supports, which I now want to fix to the wall.

Later I want to put in laminate flooring, so will put in spacers under the feet. How thick should I make the spacers to allow for laminate flooring? I’ve never used laminate before, but assume there is some variation in thickness?

Please don’t tell me I’m doing things in the wrong order.
