Stainless Steel Backsplash Adhesive

Hi all,

Doing a small DIY project in the kitchen and i have a Stainless Steel Back splash to install as well as Stainless Steel up stands that im planning to fix to the wall.

Any recommendations as to what adhesive i should use. Some say Silicone, Some say Gripfill.
