Used the router for the first time today to do a miter on kitchen tops and as soon as I put the 30mm bush (2 609 200 142) in the jig the bush hits the worktop. I am using a UNKIA SuperPlus Jig what is 12mm thick and the bush is sticking out of the under side of the jig by 4.6 mm
I was just going to start to grind it down by 5 mm but then I looked and the trend jigs are only 16 mm thick so it would still catch using on of them and one else had this problem and what did you do to sort it ???
