I like steaming food, which cause a lot of steam vapour and cause condensation issue at my kitchen. My kitchen hood suck in only 50% of the steam vapour from my steamer. As a temporary solution, I have a 18inches table fan, and I put the fan facing to an open window to suck out the steam vapour, it work fine because I can see the steam vapour from the steamer, go straight to outdoor immediately.
