Screwed through Kitchen Worktop Please HELP

So I had to replace the tap this weekend and the new tap was a much better build quality with more weight to it. The extra weight of the tap was slightly lifting the sink at the back. When I looked under the sink I could see one of the tabs to fix the sink down did not have any screws in it so I secured the sink down with a screw.

However, I had a made a fatal error by screwing near the top of the worktop so although I had successfully secured the sink down, I had screwed through the top...
