Quartz Splashback Wall Prep

Hi All,

New kitchen getting installed next week then quartz company will come out for template.

We’re getting the quartz in splashback as well to cover a small area between bottom and top cabinets. This was previously tiled, I’ve removed them and started trying to scrape off as much as adhesive as possible but it’s difficult to shift.

Any advice on how to best prepare the surface before the quartz splashback gets installed?
