Laying New Floor on top of Previous with UFH

Hi,

We currently have tiled kitchen floor with wet UFH and want to change the flooring. Two options we are looking at are quick step laminate and LVT. Quotes so far all say laying these two types on top of current floor is better than removing current flooring.

Quick steps quotes are using silent walk underlay and kardean using a self levering compound. Wondered if anyone had any experience of which of these floors or underlays work best with laying over UFH?
