Single oven recomendations ?

Hello All ,
Looking for a standard size electric single oven to fit at eye level in a tall housing unit from DIY Kitchens , round about the £300 mark , with good fan assisted cooking and any other good recommendations , any views welcome . Also to confirm (excuse me if I got this wrong ) but can any electric oven 3kw or less be simply pugged in for operation / use ?
