Finished short edges of worktops

Hi folks

We've had a new kitchen fitted and we're not at all happy with the quality of finishing of the worktop (and upstand) mitre joints and edging strips. I'm seriously considering buying some new worktop and have a different company come and do it all again. .... and there's quite a lot of it too!! I'm not a happy bunny.

Anyway, I would like to get worktop that has two finished short edges if that's possible as it'll look much better in my opinion. Some of Worktop Express'...
