End panel gap

Hi all,

I am fitting my first Howdens kitchen. What gap would you put between a range 5 hob cooker and the cupboards either side? Secondly, if there is a gap between the end panel and the wall (due to a wavey wall), what do you do? Fill it? I am talking about at the end of a run for the end panel so it will be visible.
