Hello all, I’m desperate for some advice on how to resolve the following issue. We’ve just bought a 3 bed flat (Victorian house conversion) and every time our downstairs neighbour cooks, the smell enters our living room and baby’s nursery, right above where the neighbour’s extraction fan and ducting are!
