Join at sink

Hi all.

I dont always fit kitchens but done quite a few over years.
I have one at moment but the way it's been planned and I can't alter this bit

There is a breakfast bar and worktop joins to it from the right my problem is the sink has to go right on join so what would be the left hand side of cut out will be the edge of the breakfast bar
I have told this is a very bad idea but she doesn't want it altering not that is anywhere I can move it to really
