Hi,
Weve recently had a solid oak worktop installed within the kitchen and we are about to oil it for the first time but ive been reading everywhere that the installer should have oiled atleast 3 coats on the underside prior to installation.
Is this a problem?
All of the appliances are now fixed in place, drawer units in place, sink in place etc it would be an absolute nightmare to remove the worktops now to oil underneath.
Is oiling underneath completely necessary?
Thanks,
Adam
