I’ve purchased a smallish (800mm x 500mm x 320mm) but quite heavy (22kg) wall-mounted cabinet and would like to know the best way to go about installing it.
The cabinet has a strengthen beam at the top and I plan to fit it to a solid interior wall, which is either plastered brick or plastered concrete block.
Now I know I need to drill through the strengthening beam and then into the wall. Would 2 screws be sufficient? And what type of screws? My initial thought was M5 x 90mm wood screws...
