One of the rings on our electric ceramic hob turns on as soon as we switch on the mains. The touch panel controls are not working to increase, lower or shut down the hob. The display on the touch control panel is fine. Also, there is a burning smell and some fumes coming out from under the hob and between the gap in open and worktop. One of the smaller rings does not heat up.
