Commercial induction hobs

I cannot abide the tappety-swipey-tappety touch controls on domestic hobs, and even more so ones which are on the actual cooking surface.

I'm going to look at ones where they have proper knobs which can be mounted at the front, just like the controls on integrated cookers still are.
