Hi, we've noticed that there's damp gathering at the bottom of our skirting board against one wall in particular in the kitchen. Feeling at the bottom it feels like the skirting has either lifted or not been fitted by the previous owner correctly. Additionally the windows have a lot of moisture on them throughout the day, I think is due to lack of ventilation (we have a condenser dryer so it gets quite hot in the room).
