Hinge Help

Hi, I’m trying to find the correct hinge for my application but getting no where. Wondered if anyone could point me in the correct direction??

I have built a kitchen cabinet upper corner unit. So the door sits at a 45 degree angle.

the cabinet ends in a square end with the door cut with a 45 mitre (bad sketches attached)

I can find hinges to suit two square ends at 45 or two 45 mitred ends but not one that stops closed at 45 degrees

any help appreciated
